Removing ( Refitting ) - For versions without DPF only:    Op. 1076B20 REAR EXHAUST SILENCER - R + R     Op. 1080B62 CATALYTIC CONVERTER - R + R 1. Remove the rivets fixing the heat shield using a drill.2. Undo the fastenings and remove the heat shield.

Lower the heat shield carefully as the four centre bolts also secure the gear lever mounting.

- For versions with DPF only:    Op. 1076B20 REAR EXHAUST SILENCER - R + R     Op. 1080B81 PARTICULATE FILTER (D.P.F.) - R.R.1. Loosen the bolts fixing the exhaust pipe mounting bracket to the bodyshell.2. Remove the rivets fixing the heat shield using a drill.3. Undo the fastenings and remove the heat shield.

Lower the heat shield carefully as the four centre bolts also secure the gear lever mounting.

Refitting ( Removing ) - For versions without DPF only:- Place the heat shield back in its housing, tighten the fastenings and fit new rivets.    Op. 1080B62 CATALYTIC CONVERTER - R + R     Op. 1076B20 REAR EXHAUST SILENCER - R + R - For versions with DPF only:- Place the heat shield back in its housing, tighten the fastenings and fit new rivets.- Tighten the bolts fixing the exhaust pipe mounting bracket to the bodyshell.    Op. 1080B81 PARTICULATE FILTER (D.P.F.) - R.R.    Op. 1076B20 REAR EXHAUST SILENCER - R + R
