198003720 - 1080BE PARTICLE FILTER SATURATION CHECK

	CHECK TO BE PERFORMED	RESOLUTION IF THE CHECK IS NOT OK
1	Turn the ignition ON with the engine off.Turn off all the electrical consumers.Display the dust saturation percentage parameter and ensure it is greater than 110%.
2	In the active diagnosis section, run diesel particulate filter Regeneration and ensure it is successful	Move on to Step 4
3	Check the fault disappears.The test can be considered over	Move on to Step 4
4	Check there are no leaks or obstructions in the exhaust circuit, including the hoses	Repair or if necessary replace the faulty components    Op. 1080B EXHAUST EMISSION CONTROL SYSTEM
5	Check the precatalytic converter is not faulty	Replace the precatalytic converter    Op. 1080B62 CATALYTIC CONVERTER - R + R
6	Check the main catalytic converter is not faulty	Replace the catalytic converter with particulate trap
7	Check that the exhaust gas temperature sensor on the precatalytic converter is correctly connected    See E5060 CRUISE CONTROL	Restore the correct connections
8	Check that the exhaust gas temperature sensor on the precatalytic converter does not contain visually detectable faults.	Replace the temperature sensor on the precatalytic converter    Op. 1080B64 CATALYTIC CONVERTER EXCESS TEMPERATURE THERMOCOUPLE - R + R
9	Check that the exhaust gas temperature sensor on the main catalytic converter is correctly connected    See E5060 CRUISE CONTROL	Restore the correct connections
10	Check that the exhaust gas temperature sensor on the main catalytic converter does not contain visually detectable faults.	Replace the temperature sensor on the precatalytic converter
11	Check that the differential pressure sensor on the main catalytic converter is correctly connected    See E5060 CRUISE CONTROL	Restore the correct connections
12	Check that the differential pressure sensor on the main catalytic converter does not contain visually detectable faults.	Replace pressure sensor
13	Replace the catalytic converter with particulate trap
