There are falls in performance during acceleration

	Check the following, in order: condition of the air intake circuit; that there are no faults in the air filter the seal of the diesel pipes the accelerator pedal travel no water, petrol, paraffin or dirt in the fuel tank and fuel filter	Move on to Step	1. Fault in the air intake circuit	1. Renew the air intake circuit
			2. Air filter blocked	2. Replace the filter element
			3. Leaks from diesel pipes	3. Eliminate the leaks
			4. Accelerator pedal does not complete its full travel	4. Eliminate the cause of the problem
			5. Water, petrol, paraffin or dirt found to be present	5. Clean the tank and pipes and replace the filter element
