Removing ( Refitting ) - Make sure that the ignition key is in the OFF position, then disconnect the negative battery terminal.    See in Op. 7040D50 ENGINE COMPARTMENT UPPER SOUND INSULATION SHIELD - R.R.    See in Op. 1016A40 Ignition COIL COVER on cylinder head - R.R.    See in Op. 1048A28 vacuum air circuit resonator pipe - r+r    See in Op. 1048A48 HOSE BETWEEN RESONATOR AND THROTTLE CASING - R.R.1. Disconnect the electrical connection for the integrated throttle casing actuator.

2. Undo the bolts (2a) and remove the throttle casing (2b) complete with gasket.
Refitting ( Removing ) - Proceed with the refitting as described below.
When replacing the throttle casing, the control unit learning procedure must be carried out at the end of the fitting operation.
    See in Op. 1056B81 CARRYING OUT SELF-LEARNING PROCEDURE FOR BASIC ELECTRONIC INJECTION/IGNITION (SINGLE) CONTROL UNIT- Position the throttle casing complete with gasket in its housing and secure it using the bolts.- Connect the electrical connection for the integrated throttle casing actuator.
