    Op. 5040 AIR CONDITIONING CASING AND COMPONENTS - Position the vehicle on a lift.- Drain the coolant.    Op. 0010T84 COOLANT FOR AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM - DEHYDRATE AND REPRESSURIZE     Op. 7055B54 UNDER ENGINE PROTECTION/GUARD - R.R.     Op. 7210E10 R.R. FRONT BUMPER     Op. 5540B71 RIGHT FRONT LIGHT CLUSTER WITH DIRECTION INDICATOR - R.R.    Op. 7210E20 R.R. BONNET     Op. 5040B14 AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM MULTISTAGE PRESSURE SWITCH - R+R 1. Undo the nut (1a) and disconnect the connector (1b) from the condenser (1c).
Seal the connectors that have been disconnected using suitable plugs to prevent dampness and impurities from entering the system.
1. Undo the front bolts fixing the right front wheel arch liner.2. Release the front section of the wheel arch and move it slightly.
1. Loosen the bands (1a), (1b) and (1c) for the resonator and flow meter assembly.2. Disconnect the electrical connection.

3. Remove the resonator and flow meter assembly.
    Op. 7025A64 ENGINE COMPARTMENT GASKET - R.R. 1. Release the retaining buttons for the right half of the trim at the windscreen base using the special tool.

2. Remove the right half trim at the base of the windscreen (2a) releasing the internal retainers (2b).
1. Working on the right front side of the engine compartment, undo the nut (1a) and release the retainer (1b) for the pipe (1c) from the condenser to the evaporator.2. Release the retaining band.
1. Press the tabs (1a) on the rapid connector (1b), then disconnect the pipe (1c) coming from the compressor, first pushing it upwards and then pulling it downwards.2. Open the pipe retaining bands.3. Undo the bolt (3a) and release the partition duct (3b) from the housing.
1. Undo the nut (1a) and disconnect the connector (1b) pipes from the expansion valve.2. Remove the pipe from the expansion valve to the condenser and to the connector for the compressor.
Refitting ( Removing ) - Check that the pipe from the expansion valve to the condenser and to the connector for the compressor is not damaged and it does not have cracks that affect the seal.
Replace the O rings for the connectors. Only use green coloured seals that are resistant to R134a coolant.Lubricate the connector threads using anti-freeze.
1. Position the pipe from the expansion valve to the condenser and to the connector for the compressor.2. Connect the connector (2a) for the pipes to the expansion valve and secure it tightening the nut (2b) to the specified torque.

1. Fit the partition duct (1a) in place and tighten the bolt (1b).2. Secure the pipe to the retaining band.3. Connect the pipe coming from the compressor to the rapid connector.
1. Secure the pipe to the retaining band.2. Attach the retainer (2a) to the pipe (2b) from the condenser to the evaporator and tighten the nut (2c).
- Position the windscreen base right half trim attaching the inner retainers, then secure it using the retaining buttons.    Op. 7025A64 ENGINE COMPARTMENT GASKET - R.R. - Position the resonator and flow meter assembly and secure it using the retaining bands.- Connect the electrical connection.- Fit the front section of the wheel arch and tighten the bolts.1. Connect the connector (1a) to the condenser (1b) and tighten the nut (1c) to the recommended torque.
