Working in the area of the pedal assembly, undo the bolt (1a) and disconnect the steering column (1b).2. Remove the carpet retainer.3. Cut the carpet in the section (3a) to release it from the clutch push rod (3b).4. Remove the accelerator end of travel.

1. Disconnect electrical connections (1a, 1b, 1c).

2. Disconnect the earth lead.

3. Drill out the rivets (3a) and remove the support (3b).

1. Working on the right side of the tunnel, disconnect the earth leads (1a) and (1b).

1. Disconnect the condensation drain pipe (1a) from the air conditioning casing (1b).2. Cut the carpet (2a) along the dotted line (2b).

1. Remove the front carpet.

Refitting ( Removing

) - Check that the front carpet is not damaged.- Position the front carpet.1. Apply a strip (1a) of velcro material on the carpet cutting line so as to joint the edges (1b) of the carpet.2. Connect the condensation drainage pipe to the air conditioning casing.

- Working on the right side of the tunnel, connect the earth leads.- Position the mounting and apply the rivets.- Connect the earth lead.- Connect the electrical connections.1. Working in the area of the pedal assembly, fit the accelerator end of travel in place.2. Apply a strip (2a) of velcro material on the carpet cutting line so as to joint the edges (2b) of the carpet.3. Position the carpet retainer.4. Connect the steering column (4a), paying attention to the marks made previously and tighten the new bolt.
